MACHINE WORTHY OF A SALUTE

R.Kazimoto
A construction site today is an assembly of high tech machinery, with various technicians taking care of different aspects of these diversely equipped equipment. There maybe an electrical technician,an electronics one,a hydraulics one,a mechanical one etc.look at a work site that does not need all those, simple machine, few  workers but objectives achieved as intended.please respect old working equipment.
This enabled Leguruki villagers in Arumeru district, Arusha region to get an 80 meters deep borehole and somehow relieved them of their water shortage problems.
Drilling rig in action.

Watch the small number of operatives.

Mounting materials and methods improvised at site.

Its a 1960 Ruston Bucyrus, almost all the system is mechanical.

Completed borehole ready for a water pump.
